Happy Valentine’s Day! I spent most of the day at Ben’s school, helping in the library, then with his class party. I love being around all those little people!

Wednesday: Hash Brown Quiche and Salad (Reflections Art show)

Thursday: Thai Chicken Basil Stir Fry (I’m still trying to perfect my recipe)

Friday: Sausage Calzones and Salad

Saturday: leftover night

Sunday: Chicken Breasts with Artichoke Cream Sauce with Wild Rice and fruit
