I have a backlog of photos and weekend activities to share, but for now, here is the dinner plan:
M: sloppy joes and corn on the cob (finally got some from Mendota!)
T: Black Bean and corn soup with cheese quesadillas
W. spaghetti, salad and garlic bread
Th: barbecue beef sandwiches and relish tray
F: make a pizza day and fruit salad
S: mac & cheese for the kids, mom and dad go out
S: leftovers

I’m going back to the basics because the kids have been turning up their noses at most dinners lately, and I’m getting tired of the battle. This is the first week back to school for Ben, so I’m making his favorites in hopes of smooth sailing through the evenings. I also have to get back to creative lunch packing this week and I am so out of practice!
