Today's harvest

We are back to “normal” after our staycation week. Boy was that exhausting. I just finished editing the photos and will post more on that soon.

Meanwhile, it’s tomato season at the Taylor house, so they will be featured prominently during breakfast, lunch and dinner the next few weeks.

Monday: Roasted Tomato and Goat Cheese Pasta with Squash Blossom Fritters

Tuesday: BBQ Beef Brisket (Ben’s new favorite!) with Veggies and Dip

Wednesday: Artichoke Pasta Salad

Thursday: Grilled Shrimp with Watermelon Salsa

Friday: Grilled Mexican Pizzas

Saturday: Andy’s HS Reunion (25!!)

Sunday: Braden’s Birthday Party (1!)

. . . and next week we will be enjoying lots of sliced tomatoes with roasted sweet corn since Andy’s HS Reunion coincides with the Mendota Sweet Corn Fest!
